Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Applicant Registration Fee Refund: If an applicant is unable to secure a job within 6 months of registering on our platform and actively utilizing it, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided upon request.

2. Employer Subscription Refund: If an employer, actively engaging with our database and services for 1 year, fails to find suitable candidates, they are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fees upon formal request.

3. Refund Procedure: Applicants or employers seeking a refund must formally request it through our support system within 7 days of the refund eligibility period ending. Evidence of engagement with the platform may be required.

4. Refund Processing Time: Once the refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 21 business days.

5. Non-refundable Conditions: Refunds are not applicable in cases where the applicant or employer has violated the terms of service, engaged in fraudulent activities, or if the reason for not securing a job or finding suitable candidates is due to reasons beyond the platform’s control.

6. Communication: Any updates or changes to the refund policy will be communicated to users via email or on the website.
